RULES & RENTAL AGREEMENT
Specific Rules to Follow
2. ATTENTION: water will pool at bottom of slide. Please do NOT leave small children unsupervised.
Drowning is possible.
3. Compatible age groups must play on unit at the same time. Age groups must not be mixed. Different sized children must not be mixed.
4. The slide is designed for children and is not recommended to be used by adults.
5. The maximum number of children allowed on the wet/dry slide:
• Ages 2 to 8 years [6-8 children]
• Ages 8 to 13 years old [6 children]
• Ages 14 to 17 years old [4 children]
6. All persons must remove shoes, glasses, jewelry and anything else that may harm the inflatable slide.
7. No flips or somersaults
8. No food or drinks inside or near the slide.
9. No gum or silly string allowed inside the slide
10. . Please do not cut plastic ties on the slide.
11. Please do not tape or fasten anything to the slide.
12. Children must be supervised at all times. Please read list of rules for all children using inflatable slide.
SHOULD THE SLIDE BEGIN TO DEFLATE:
Take all children off the slide and turn off the water.
1. The motor has stopped – check the cord connection at the outlet and at the motor. Remember, use of more than one extension cord can trip the circuit breaker.
2. The motor continues to run – check the air intake on the side of the motor for blockage. Check both tubes on the side for snugness and retie if necessary

I agree to accept for use as is, the inflatable wet/dry slide unit listed on this form and to accept full responsibility for the care of all equipment while it is in my possession. I agree to pay full retail value of any equipment rented under this agreement that I do not return. I agree to pay extra rental fees for any equipment returned late. I agree to return all rental equipment by the agreed upon time and date in a clean condition to avoid any additional charge. I agree to follow all rules stated on this agreement.
