RULES & RENTAL AGREEMENT

Specific Rules to Follow:

2. The Monkey Bounce is designed for children and is not recommended to be used by adults.

3. The maximum number of children allowed in the Monkey Bounce [15x15]:
• Ages 2 to 8 years [8 children]
• Ages 8 to 13 years old [6 children]
• Ages 14 to 17 years old [4 children]

4. All persons must remove shoes, glasses, jewelry and anything else that may harm the Monkey Bounce.

5. No flips or somersaults.

6. No food or drinks inside or near the Monkey Bounce. 

7. Please do not cut plastic ties on front of Monkey Bounce.

8. Please do not tape or fasten anything to the Monkey Bounce.

9. Children must be supervised at all times. Please read list of rules for all children using Monkey Bounce.

SHOULD THE MONKEY BOUNCE BEGIN TO DEFLATE:

Get all children out of the bouncer. There is an escape flap on the top of each unit

1. The motor has stopped – check the cord connection at the outlet and at the motor. Remember, use of more than one extension cord can trip the circuit breaker.

2. The motor continues to run – check the air intake on the side of the motor for blockage. Check both tubes on back of Monkey Bounce for snugness and retie if necessary

3. Any problems or questions with equipment, please call 604-1950.

I agree to accept for use as is, the Monkey Bounce unit listed on this form and to accept full responsibility for the care of all equipment while it is in my possession. I agree to pay full retail value of any equipment rented under this agreement that I do not return. I agree to pay extra rental fees for any equipment returned late. I agree to return all rental equipment by the agreed upon time and date in a clean condition to avoid any additional charge. I agree to follow all rules stated on this agreement.
